Sometimes all it takes to make a building look like new again is a power wash, soft-bristle wash, or efflorescence removal. Regular cleaning can also help stains from becoming permanent. Some other relatively simple measures to consider are installing flashings and extending or installing new scupper drains to divert water away from the building.
